A trusted underwear manufacturer
Ten years making underwear under other people’s labels, on top of twenty years knitting the fabric it is made from.

20 years in knitted textiles
TENSUNG grew out of a Zhejiang knitting mill, which is why our conversations start with yarn count and finish with carton marks. We develop, knit and sew underwear, homewear and seamless basics for brands that need the fabric to behave exactly as specified – wash after wash.
The plant covers 4,863 m² in Pujiang County and employs more than 400 people. We supply brands across Europe, North America, Australia and – through our own company in Chile – six markets in South America.

An in-house development centre with seven textile engineers and four pattern makers, 40+ registered patents, and its own knitting and sewing for samples.

Twelve lines and 600,000+ pieces of monthly capacity across seamless, cut-and-sew and bonded construction, with AQL 2.5 inspection on every order.
OEM & ODM manufacturing
Build to your tech pack, or start from one of our 200+ ready blocks and develop a line from scratch. Both come with a full sampling and standards file.

South America programme
Our own company in a Chilean free-trade zone.
Most Chinese underwear factories stop at the port in Ningbo. We carry the goods all the way into the region, which is why our lead times to South America are measured against a warehouse in Chile rather than a sailing schedule.

Year-round dedicated output
A share of our annual capacity is reserved for South American customers, so your repeats are not queued behind European seasonal peaks. Our own production and our subcontracted processing both feed the same programme.

Full containers, direct to Chile
Finished goods are consolidated in Pujiang and shipped as full containers straight to Chile. No LCL groupage, no transhipment surprises, no waiting for a co-loader to fill the box.

Our own company in the free-trade zone
We are not selling through an agent. TENSUNG has its own registered company inside a Chilean free-trade zone, holding stock, invoicing locally and clearing goods for onward distribution.
